A composite trimming arm with outriggers is installed at the rear of the cab, and the front end of the forearm is equipped with an adjustable composite rotary cutter head. The cylinders of the entire arm are all controlled by proportional valves, and the oil pressure and flow of each circuit can be individually adjusted through the man-machine interface to achieve precise control. This is the pruning function of the green integrated maintenance vehicle. So how is its crushing function reflected? The rear of the trimmer arm is a silo controlled by an oil cylinder and the door is closed. Behind the silo is the crushing cabinet room. The feed inlet of the crusher is on the right side of the car body for convenient crushing. The automatic feeding system of the shredder is composed of a hydraulic motor, a feeding roller and a controller. When the speed of the shredder reaches the set parameter, the feeding roller will rotate to put the branches on the feeder. At the material opening, the branches will be automatically sent to the shredder, and then the shredded material will be blown into the silo through the discharge opening by the fan for storage.
